No-Show & Cancellation Policy

When you book, we reserve that time for you. Late cancellations and missed appointments mean the time cannot be offered to another patient, so we ask every patient to respect the following policy.

Cancellation Notice

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give us at least 48 hours' notice. This allows us to offer your spot to another patient and helps keep wait times short for everyone.

Consultations

A consultation fee of $100 plus HST applies. If you reschedule or cancel your consultation with at least 48 hours' notice, the fee is refunded. Consultations canceled with less notice, or missed without notice, are not eligible for a refund.

Surgical Deposits

To secure your surgery date and prevent double-booking, a non-refundable deposit of $1,500 is required when you book. The deposit reserves your date in the operating schedule and is applied toward your surgical fee. The balance and its due date are confirmed with you before surgery.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment. If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled so that the next patient is not delayed.
